The cost of Tsunami

Resently Tsunami clamed around 1.5 milion peoples in east Asia. Milions of peple has became homeless. Several country and UNO itself are trying to provide releafe fond.
Here we may arise question that how the relief fond should provide in a right way for the victim of Tsunami.This is the important and challenging things.
Everyone those who are being involved in relief fond programme should be very isncere so that they could provide fond properly.
